As a Chicago Personal trainer I would get asked questions such as “when is the best time to work out to lose weight?”.
Well recently I ran across an article that was discussing the same question that someone had asked.
The person asking the question happened to be an overweight woman that was considering starting a workout program and she wanted to get some information to best prepare for her new endeavour to get in shape.
I met this cool guy about a year ago and recently saw him at a business conference where nerds like us go to in order to further our education.
He recently came out with a cool Iphone App that is making waves in the fitness industry.
So I asked him to offer some tips to my readers and he gave me 108.

I normally don’t watch television.
I just think that it’s very unproductive.
But last night I really wanted to watch Lopez Tonight because Oscar De La Hoya and Sugar Shane Mosley were going to be on and I am a fan of boxing.
Not only that, but I love to laugh and George Lopez is one funny dude.
But I found a way to turn it into a productive 30 minutes.
